Uğurcan Tekin is a registered attorney at law before Istanbul Bar Association and trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

He has been working with foreign and domestic clients from various industries including fashion, telecommunications, automotive and media on every aspect of trademark, patent, design, domain names and unfair competition issues.

His practice focuses on prosecution and litigation matters including management of portfolios and administrative proceedings before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and WIPO, in addition to cancellation, invalidation, infringement and unfair competition actions before the Civil IP courts of First Instance and Courts of Appeal.

Ugurcan has also been advising and representing domestic and international companies for protection of their IP rights in MENA region.
