Şahin Cem Özgüven graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law with a full scholarship and is a registered attorney at law with the Istanbul Bar Association.

Şahin primarily focuses on brand protection and enforcement matters including customs seizures and market investigations. He represents clients before the Criminal IP Courts of First Instance and the Courts of Appeal. 

He advises both global and domestic clients across various industries, including automotive, consumer goods, luxury & fashion, and retail.
