Uğur is registered as an attorney at law before the Istanbul Bar Association.

He supports foreign and domestic clients from various industries including automotive, fashion, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages and pharma in trademark, design and copyright related disputes.

His practice focuses on enforcement and litigation matters including the criminal court actions before the Criminal IP courts of First Instance and Courts of Appeal, handling customs proceedings and conducting criminal raids and seizures within the scope of determination and cessation of IP rights violations.
