Ali is a registered attorney at law before İstanbul Bar Association and joined Kenaroğlu Avukatlık Bürosu as partner in 2021 after working on a managing position in a reputable IP firm for 12 years.
He is leading the Enforcement Department of Kenaroğlu Avukatlık Bürosu.
His expertise in the field covers enforcement and litigation matters including representation of the clients in market investigations, criminal cases before the IP courts of First Instance and Courts of Appeal, handling and managing customs proceedings and trainings and conducting criminal raids and seizures within the scope of determination and cessation of IP rights violations.
He has been representing foreign and domestic clients in various industries including fashion, automotive, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, food and media on every aspect of trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition issues from administrative to judicial phases.
