Gözde Özen completed her undergraduate degree at İstanbul Bilgi University with full scholarship and graduated with honor degree. She is registered as an attorney at law before Istanbul Bar Association and as trademark attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

She supports foreign and domestic clients from various industries including fashion, automotive, cosmetics, food and media in trademark, design, patent and unfair competition related disputes.

Her practice focuses on management of IP related invalidation, cancellation, infringement and unfair competition actions before the Civil IP Courts of First Instance and Court of Appeals. 

In addition to her experience in litigation proceedings, Gözde also actively takes part in complex settlement negotiations between the parties at the (pre) litigation phase.
